“In Nature”…Sukkot

Built a Sukkah in our backyard last week. The yearly celebration of Sukkot has dual significance. Giving thanks for the fall harvest & commemoration of the 40 years Jews wandered in the desert after being freed from slavery in Egypt. That’s me with a ‘Jacques Cousteau’ red cap and my dog Fig. Quite often you can find me sitting outside writing. Pen & paper in one hand, cup of milky Earl Grey in the other.
