Built a Sukkah in our backyard last week. The yearly celebration of Sukkot has dual significance. Giving thanks for the fall harvest & commemoration of the 40 years Jews wandered in the desert after being freed from slavery in Egypt. The spring pours 38 million gallons of water daily into the trout-filled lagoon. This historic site was an important stopping point on the Cherokee Trail of Tears. I dipped my hand in and tasted this pure, clear & clean water.
